Focus Groups
We used focus groups for the further development of our model project. Focus groups are interviews with specifically selected participants. We used them, for example, to test the impact or accessibility of new cultural formats. Reaching different target groups was an important issue for us. It’s not always easy to provide tailored offerings for all people equally. We worked on that throughout the years – and used focus groups to gain an even better understanding of the needs, perspectives and realities of life for a wide range of people. This enabled us to adapt our actions and offerings accordingly.
